1. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products:

  • Refunds are only issued for defective or undelivered eBooks.

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

  • To request a refund, email support@zebooks.store with:

    • Your order number.

    • A description of the issue.

2. Exchanges

  • If you purchased the wrong eBook, contact us within 24 hours.

  • Exchanges are subject to approval and product availability.

3. Membership Subscriptions

  • Cancel anytime via your account dashboard.

  • No refunds for partial subscription periods.
